In our palm oil fractionation plant, we produce three distinct fractions: palm stearine (solid fat), palm olein (liquid fat), and palm mid-fraction. The fractionation process achieves clean palm oil within 5.5 hours at a temperature of 0℃, ensuring excellent flowability and clarity, optimized for storage and retail.
Our technology focuses on a fully continuous and automated system, devoid of any added solvents or chemicals, thus guaranteeing superior quality oil products. The oil is gradually cooled in a dissolved state before being filtered through plate filters to efficiently separate crystals and solid esters.
